Aron Bernstein has been a music teacher in the Portland metro and Bay Areas since 1995. Recently he has taught at Portland’s Lewis and Clark College and Clark College in Vancouver. A composer, arranger, and music engraver, he received his B.M. in theory and composition from San Francisco State University, and his M.M. in the same field from Western Oregon University. He enjoys making teaching a multi-dimensional experience by incorporating both music history and composing. In his spare time you may catch him watching the night sky, writing poetry, or helping his wife save the curtains from their beloved and determined cats.
