L'Hirondelle, Op. 100 No. 24

Sheet music for L'Hirondelle, Op. 100 No. 24 by Friedrich Burgmüller. From the album Twenty-Five Progressive Pieces, this lovely piece evokes the flight of a swallow with perpetual 16th note motion. In between filling in the bass line, the left hand crosses over the right to declare the soaring, triadic melody. Also available in the Twenty-Five Progressive Pieces, Op. 100. A beautiful intermediate-level etude, 3 PDF pages.
