Song of the Reapers, Op. 68, No. 18

Sheet music for Song of the Reapers, from the Album for the Young, Op. 68, No. 18 by Robert Schumann. A rustic, lyrical theme in 6/8 begins in C major, then becomes an inner melody in the key of G. A vibrant middle section has both hands playing arpeggios an octave apart, then a return to the opening melody. A trumpet-like staccato fanfare concludes this brief but tuneful piece. For late intermediate players, 2 pages.
